Gabbar Singh is coming back to the movie theatres after 12 years, and this time, it looks super clear and awesome in 4K. Advance bookings in Telugu states are very good, and it will be a huge opening day.
As per the trending reports, Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein surprised everyone by collecting 24% of its original opening day on its re-release, and It Ends With Us had a poor start in China, which is one of the lowest post-COVID openings for Hollywood.
As of 11 am IST, Gabbar Singh’s re-release has collected ₹2.31 crores (excluding blocked seats) in India, out of which ₹22 lakhs is for premieres and ₹2.09 crores for the first day. The film has sold ₹1.40 lakh tickets in India.
In Hyderabad, Gabbar Singh is all set to break the opening day advance booking records; the highest pre-release booking for a Tollywood re-release in the city is held by Mahesh Babu’s Murari, which is ₹1.50 crores, and Gabbar Singh has already collected ₹1.30 crores gross in Hyderabad alone.
Premieres of Gabbar Singh are tomorrow, and the full re-release will be on September 2, which is Pawan Kalyan’s birthday.
